Customer Service / STORE POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

In accordance with EU regulations, the customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Conditions:

✅ The product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
✅ The original packaging and all accessories must be retained.
✅ The store reserves the right to deduct part of the refund amount in case of loss of value or missing accessories (Art. 14 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
❌ Exceptions (returns not accepted):

  • Software and digital products

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Opened consumables (batteries, earphones, cartridges)

2. Legal Warranty

✅ In Spain, all electronic products are covered by a minimum 3-year warranty (since 2022).
✅ The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse

  • Mechanical damage

  • Repairs or interventions by third parties
    ✅ To claim the warranty, the customer must provide the invoice and product serial number.

3. Payment Methods

✅ Secure payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, Bizum, and bank card with 3D Secure.
✅ Bank transfer (invoice) payment is available upon request. The order will be processed only after payment has been confirmed in the store’s bank account.
❌ Payments to personal accounts or private cards are not accepted.
✅ For high-value orders, identity verification (KYC) may be required.
✅ The store reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud.

4. Delivery and Shipping

✅ All shipments include a tracking number and delivery confirmation (signature or door photo).
✅ For cash-on-delivery orders, the store may request a deposit (e.g., 20%).
✅ Delivery times are clearly indicated but may be delayed due to force majeure.

5. Refunds

✅ Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
✅ Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
✅ Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective products.

6. Fraud Prevention

✅ The store may:

  • Verify serial numbers on returned items

  • Reject returns if the device does not match (e.g., different IMEI)

  • Request photos or videos prior to return shipment
    ✅ All returns are video recorded.

7. Store Protection

✅ The store reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Restrict participation in promotions in cases of abuse (multiple accounts)

  • Report fraudulent activity to the competent authorities (Guardia Civil, Mossos d’Esquadra) and payment platforms.

8. Promotions and Coupons

✅ Coupons and discounts are limited to one use per customer.
✅ The store may cancel orders in case of abuse.

9. Applicable Law

✅ Spanish and European Union law applies.
✅ Disputes will first be resolved through direct claims, then via Consumer Arbitration Boards (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) or the courts of the store’s registered address.

✅ Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes (contract execution, legal obligation, or consent).
✅ Users may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, objection) by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO).

12. Prices and Commercial Terms

✅ All prices shown on the website include taxes (VAT) and are valid at the time of ordering, unless otherwise stated.

✅ If a product appears with a price of €0, it means that the item is available only upon prior request. Its price will be determined individually during negotiations with the customer, depending on the quantity, delivery terms, and other specific order details.

✅ The store reserves the right to modify prices until order confirmation and dispatch. In the event of a price change after placing an order, the customer will be informed and may:

  • Accept the new conditions, or

  • Cancel the order at no cost.

✅ The final price will always be confirmed before shipping the product to the customer.

🧾 Warranty Conditions for Cooper & Hunter Climate Control Equipment

1. General Provisions

1.1. All products purchased from the store are supplied with the official manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty, valid within the territory of Spain and the European Union (other countries upon prior confirmation).
1.2. The warranty period is indicated in the product description and/or in the warranty certificate, and typically ranges from 2 to 5 years, depending on the equipment category and brand.
1.3. The warranty service is managed through the selling store, regardless of the place of installation (provided it is located within the EU).
1.4. To validate the warranty, the customer must present:

  • proof of purchase (invoice or receipt);

  • the product’s serial number;

  • an installation certificate or report issued by a licensed technician in Spain or another EU country.

2. Warranty Coverage Conditions

2.1. The warranty covers:

  • manufacturing defects and equipment malfunctions;

  • replacement or repair of defective parts;

  • technical support as agreed with the store.

2.2. The warranty comes into effect from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice.
2.3. All diagnostic, removal, and reinstallation work must be carried out exclusively by a qualified technician holding a valid license for the installation and maintenance of climate control systems.
2.4. In case of a warranty claim, the store may request a technical report issued by a licensed professional, confirming the cause of the failure.

3. Cases Where the Warranty Does Not Apply

3.1. Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, maintenance, or storage.
3.2. Use of the equipment outside the recommended conditions or in violation of the manufacturer’s instructions.
3.3. Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, humidity, dust, chemical agents, impacts, or accidents.
3.4. Any attempt at self-repair or intervention by unauthorized personnel.
3.5. Lack of proof of installation carried out by a licensed technician.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

4.1. All warranty claims must be submitted through the store where the product was purchased.
4.2. To process the claim, the customer must provide:

  • the order number or invoice;

  • a description of the fault and photos (if applicable);

  • a diagnostic report or inspection certificate issued by a licensed technician.
    4.3. Once the claim has been received, the store will contact the customer to coordinate the next steps — repair, replacement, or return of the product.
    4.4. If the case is confirmed as a valid warranty claim, all repair, replacement, or shipping costs will be covered by the store.

5. Shipping and Return Conditions

5.1. Shipping the product for warranty repair must be done in coordination with the store:

  • via a courier service indicated by the store; or

  • directly to the address of an authorized service center.
    5.2. Shipping the product without prior agreement with the store may void the warranty.
    5.3. In the event of product replacement, the warranty period does not restart and continues from the original purchase date.

6. Additional Provisions

6.1. The store reserves the right to refer the customer to an authorized manufacturer’s service center for diagnostic or repair work.
6.2. All disputes related to warranty obligations shall be resolved in accordance with current Spanish legislation and the EU consumer protection regulations.
6.3. These conditions may be modified by the store without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on the website.
